We do offer discounts for bulk purchasing. These discounts are available on “Stock up Saturdays” only. Please see below.

How can I order Cannabis?

You can order right here on our website! Our website supports multiple order types such as in-store pickup, curbside, and delivery. If you have any questions about ordering or products please do not hesitate to call us anytime at 248-397-9797 during business hours (9AM- 9PM SUN-MON) and we will do our best to help you. Please note that wait times for in store shopping, delivery and curbside pickup may vary and can change at any time.

Nature’s Remedy Cannabis reserves the right to edit or change any policy at any time for any reason.

Why doesn't it show products for some of the deals when I click them?

When clicking into the specials, please note that the deals with the teal background are for medical while the deals with the purple background are for recreational.

On the shop all page, or any of the product pages, you can change it from recreational to medical and visa versa.

So, if you have it set to recreational on the product page(s), but then try to click a medical deal on the specials page, the items will not show up. you must go back and change it to medical or visa versa.

Unfortunately we have no control over this as it is a limitation of the integration we have with our POS system. They simply do not have the feature to display both deal types and both product types at the same time.

Does NRC offer discounts for Veterans, Seniors, First Responders, ect?

Yes we do!

Veterans – 15% Off, must show DoD Card.
Seniors – 15% Off, ages 55 and up only.
First Responders – 15% Off, must show badge, certification, ect.

How can I pay for my Order?

We currently offer Cash, Aeropay & Dutchie Pay as payment options for Cannabis items. We also have an ATM on site as well as sell and accept physical & E-Gift Cards Certain order types may be required to prepay or pay online such as deliveries. We are working on accepting more payment options for Cannabis items in the future such as debit card.

We accept credit cards for CBD & Accessories in store, or ORDER HERE to pay online and get it shipped anywhere in the USA or place a pickup order.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver up to 25 miles from our Ferndale store. You may see many delivery “pins” on sites like Weedmaps or Leafly, however this is just an advertisement that we deliver to that city. The address is what actually matters. As long as you are 25 miles from our store and you are at a residential address that you can verify, then we can deliver to you. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call us at any time during business hours and we will do our best to assist you.

What are the differences between Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid Strains?

Sativa strains are tall, slender plants that feature skinny leaves. The leaves are generally light green. Sativa effects tend to be centered around the mind, which is why people say it offers a “head high.” People find smoking Sativa makes them feel more energized and better focused. These effects make Sativa strains best for daytime use, because using them at night may cause insomnia.

Indica effects tend to focus more on the body, which is why people say it causes a “body high.” You may have heard this referred to as “couch lock.”Since Indica strains tend to be so relaxing, they’re best for nighttime use. Using them during the day can cause drowsiness at inappropriate times.

Hybrid cannabis strains are created by crossing a Sativa and an Indica together. Sometimes, hybrids are formed from three or more different strains. Sometimes a hybrid cannabis strain will be Indica-dominant or Sativa-dominant. Other times, it can be an almost even combination of the two. The effects a person receives from using these strains depends on the combination of parent strains used.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy states the following:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We cannot return any items at any time for any reason.

WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, ONLY IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE: VAPE PRODUCTS, BATTERIES, DEVICES.

ONLY THE DEFECTIVE UNITS WILL BE EXCHANGED / CREDITED. Additional units beyond the defective ones will not be exchanged or credited.

Where can I legally consume Cannabis?

You can consume cannabis on private property.

It is illegal to consume cannabis in places where smoking is illegal, including bars, restaurants, buildings open to the public, places of employment, and areas within 50 feet of doors and ventilation openings. Finally, you cannot consume or possess cannabis on federal lands such as national parks.

Is it possible to "overdose", or have a "bad reaction" to Marijuana?

While a fatal overdose caused solely by marijuana is unlikely, marijuana is not harmless. The signs of using too much marijuana are similar to the typical effects of using marijuana but more severe. These signs may include:

extreme confusion
anxiety
paranoia
panic
fast heart rate
delusions or hallucinations
increased blood pressure
severe nausea or vomiting

In some cases, these effects can lead to unintentional injury, such as a motor vehicle crash, fall, or poisoning. Overconsumption of marijuana can happen especially when using marijuana-infused products like edibles and beverages, since it can take up to 2 hours to feel the effects from the drug.1 Infants or young children who accidentally ingest marijuana are more likely to require hospital admission compared to older children who ingest similar concentrations due to their smaller size and weight and increased severity of symptoms.16

Marijuana may be laced with other substances, either known or unknown to the consumer. Using marijuana in combination with other substances may result in greater impairment than when using marijuana alone and may increase the risk of overdose.

Can I order delivery over the phone?

You may call us for help placing your delivery order online, however we cannot manually put in your order as we need you to upload pictures of your ID so that it can automatically be uploaded to your profile. If you create a Dutchie account, you will only have to upload these documents once. After that all you have to do is sign in with your Dutchie account when you order and you will not have to enter any additional info. If you do this, it gives you the ability to place your order in just a few clicks, each and every time! CLICK HERE to create a Dutchie account.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery times can vary as our radius is 25 miles. Many factors play into this, including but not limited to: distance, amount of drivers, & weather. We try to our best to deliver orders as they come in on a first come first serve basis while also taking the most efficient route possible. Taking the most efficient route allows us to deliver further, faster and without a fee.

Can I order delivery in advance?

Yes! We encourage you to order your delivery up to 48 hours in advance. This allows us to plan better and be more efficient, therefore allowing us to deliver further, faster and without a fee. We will always call you the day of your delivery to confirm with you.

If im outside of the delivery radius, can I pay a delivery fee?

We generally do not offer an out of radius fee however if you call us and ask, there might be a chance that we can make it work, if we already have a driver going in that direction. A small fee may apply.

Can I order both Medical & Recreational items for delivery?

Yes you can! You would just have to place two separate orders since Dutchie does not allow hybrid orders. Make sure you put it under the same name, phone number, email, and address and we will make sure to call you to confirm and get you a combined total with discounts applied.
